There are certain projects for which there is no substitute for a face-to-face meeting! Where practical, we are of course happy to meet clients face to face. Being based in Bristol, we will always be able to arrange meetings in Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. Meetings further afield may be dependent on the size of the project and whether it is practical to incur the travel costs. Where a face-to-face meeting is impossible, there are a number of alternatives available such as Skype meetings.

The majority of our work is done in Microsoft Word, using the Track Changes feature which allows the client to review and accept/reject any changes. For editing in particular, we strongly recommend this format. We are also able to work with PDFs in Adobe Acrobat (or using the comments feature in Adobe Reader), as well as with TeX files. For web pages or other online content, we can either copy the text into Word and apply changes there, or provide an itemised list of recommended edits.
